After 2 years, PEC campus comes alive with techno-fest – Times of India

Chandigarh: After a gap of two years, Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh, organised one of nortgh India’s largest techno-cultural fests, PECFest in offline mode. The fest is to be held from April 16 to 18. Thse theme for this year’s fest is “A Cosmic Escapade.”
The fest started early in the morning of April 16 with a mini marathon held in collaboration with Chandigarh Tourism Department. It was flagged off by director, PEC, Dr Baldev Setia.
Multiple competitions and events were held in the afternoon. These included Hindi poetry to DIY rockets, stand-up comedy to graffiti competition and the Mr and Miss PECFest.
An official inaugural ceremony was held in the evening. Groovz, a western group dance competition and Glitterati, a ramp walk presentation were highly appreciated.
The students were thrilled to display their prowess in various fields, including technology and cultural events after two years of the pandemic. They madeall out efforts to make the event memorable.
